Installation Guides

Follow these steps to set up your automations, whether you’re using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or an AI Agent.

Make.com

Scenario import (JSON or shared link):

  1. Download the .json file or open the shared link from your ArcShop download page.
  2. Log into your Make.com account and create a new scenario.
  3. Use the Import function to upload the JSON file.

After importing:

  • Connect your accounts (Google, Slack, Instagram, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Check scenario settings (schedules, triggers, paths).
  • Run a test and then turn it on.

n8n

Workflow import (JSON):

  1. Download the workflow .json file.
  2. Open your n8n editor.
  3. Choose Import from file and select the downloaded JSON.

After importing:

  • Set up credentials for each app (Google, Notion, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Update any variables or IDs required by the workflow.
  • Run a test and activate the workflow.

Zapier

Shared Zap link:

  1. Click the shared Zap link from your ArcShop download page.
  2. Follow Zapier’s on‑screen instructions to copy the Zap into your account.

Next steps:

  • Connect your apps (Gmail, Sheets, Instagram, etc.).
  • Check field mappings, test the Zap, and turn it on.

AI Agents

AI Agents may include additional setup instructions.

  • Read the product’s documentation on the ArcShop page.
  • Follow any links to configure API keys, system prompts, or external tools.
  • Test the agent to ensure it responds correctly before activating.
