After purchasing an automation template, you can access your download links in several ways:

• Order status page: Immediately after checkout, you’ll see a page with download buttons for each file.
• Email confirmation: We’ll send an email with your download links. Check your inbox and click the links to download the files.
• Account → Orders: Log in to your ArcShop account and go to the Orders section. There you can re-download any templates you’ve purchased.

If your download links are missing or expired, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you.
